By accessing and using MedicineMade's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Services Description

MedicineMade provides premium mentorship services to assist applicants in preparing for college admissions, medical school admissions, and residency programs. Our services include:

• Application review and feedback
• M-Score™ calculation and analysis
• One-on-one mentorship sessions with physician mentors
• Interview preparation and mock interviews
• Strategic guidance and planning
• Written application support and critique

3. No Guarantee of Acceptance

IMPORTANT: MedicineMade provides mentorship and application preparation services. We do not guarantee admission, acceptance, or placement into any educational institution, medical school, residency program, or other academic program.

While we cannot guarantee acceptance, we do guarantee the highest quality of application curation and interview preparation available today.

Admission decisions are made solely by the respective institutions and programs. We are not responsible for any admission decisions, whether favorable or unfavorable, made by any educational institution or program.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of our services
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Respect the intellectual property rights of MedicineMade and third parties
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Submit only your own original work or properly attributed content

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms specified at the time of purchase. By purchasing our services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected service package
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon amount
• Understand that all fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy

All prices are subject to change without notice. However, any price changes will not affect services you have already purchased.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our mentorship services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services or sessions that have been conducted. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

• If we are unable to deliver the service as promised due to circumstances within our control
• If you cancel before any services have been rendered and within 48 hours of purchase
• At our sole discretion, in exceptional circumstances

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the M-Score™ system, is the property of MedicineMade or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without our express consent
• Share or distribute materials provided during mentorship sessions with third parties
• Use our services to create competing products or services

8. Confidentiality

We understand that the information you share with us is sensitive and personal. We commit to:

• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all application materials, personal information, and communications
• Not sharing your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law
• Using your information solely for the purpose of providing mentorship services
• Using information provided through contact forms, emails, and other communications to improve your experience and offer you the services we believe make the most sense for your specific needs and goals

However, you acknowledge that we may share your information with assigned physician mentors who will be working with you to provide mentorship services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDICINEMADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any admission decisions made by educational institutions
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MedicineMade, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the state where MedicineMade is located, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MedicineMade operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in that jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MedicineMade regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
